1.What SiteBriefly is
SiteBriefly is a website brief generator. It helps web freelancers, designers, and small studios collect structured information from clients before starting a website project.
SiteBriefly generates clarity documents — structured summaries of client answers — to help freelancers ask better questions and reduce scope confusion before work begins.
2.What SiteBriefly is not
The output generated by SiteBriefly is not a final legal contract, a project scope agreement, a statement of work, or a binding document of any kind.
SiteBriefly does not provide legal, tax, financial, or contractual advice. Always review generated output before sharing it with clients and consult a professional if needed.
Users are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use.
3.Acceptable use
You agree not to use SiteBriefly to:
Enter sensitive personal data such as passwords, payment card details, or confidential access credentials
Submit illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
Use the service in a way that violates applicable law
You are responsible for the content you enter into the client form.
4.Digital service delivery
SiteBriefly delivers its service digitally via the web browser. No physical goods are shipped. Access to the service is provided immediately upon successful payment.
5.Payment and refunds
SiteBriefly operates on a pay-per-brief model. Prices are listed on the pricing page. According to § 19 UStG, VAT is not shown.
As the service is delivered digitally and immediately upon purchase, refunds are generally not available unless required by applicable law. For billing concerns, please contact billing@sitebriefly.com.
